Compensation: $30 per clean (approx. 1 hour/clean or less). We are also offering a live-in option for someone with an RV, Camper Van or Tiny Home. 

Job Description:

Are you an organized, outdoorsy person with experience in hospitality? Look no further! We are seeking a dedicated Co-host/Caretaker to join our team. As Hot Toddy's Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the tidiness of our indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring the property feels cared for and inviting for our guests. You will also be responsible for cleaning the 5 small accommodations on the property after each check-out.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks in indoor and outdoor areas, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, trash removal, laundry, sanitizing and general tidying.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of outdoor common areas and amenities.

• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.

• Assist with minor landscaping duties.

• Occasional help with guest check-in and providing a great first impression.

• Provide assistance with event setup and cleanup for outdoor gatherings and activities.

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing all tasks. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects if required.

• Reliable transportation to and from work location.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Benefits:

• Competitive pay rate of $30 per clean, with each clean expected to take 1 hour or less.

• RV or Tiny Home lot is available for single or double occupancy. The rate is negotiable for hours worked!
